Who you're dealing with
Breathwork with Joe is a sole practice run by Joe, based in the United Kingdom. If you need to reach me, the best place is the Connect page or by replying to any email I've sent you.
Privacy
I keep this simple. If you book a call, sign up for the free practice, or send a message, I collect only what's needed to reply or to schedule with you, your name, email, and anything you choose to share in the message.
This site uses lightweight, privacy-respecting analytics so I can see what's working (e.g. how many people listen to the free recording or click "book a call"). I don't sell, share, or trade your details. Ever.
You can ask me to delete anything I hold about you at any time and I'll do it.
Terms of working together
Working together. 1:1 coaching begins with a free discovery call. From there, sessions are booked as part of the ARC twelve-week container or as a single 1:1 taster session. Fees and payment terms are discussed on the call so we can shape something that fits, paid sessions are confirmed via Stripe. Paid sessions run Mondays and Fridays and are booked at least a week ahead; discovery calls run Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays with at least 24 hours notice.
Intake. After booking you'll receive a short intake form covering health, experience, and what you're bringing to the work. I read every response and use it to shape the practice safely around you. Please disclose anything relevant, serious physical or mental health conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, or medications that might affect breathing practice.
No refunds. Once payment is made I block out the time for you. Refunds aren't offered, but your sessions don't expire on a strict schedule, ARC sessions are booked fluidly within a twelve-week window so life can move around them.
Rescheduling. Things come up. Give me as much notice as you can and we'll find another time. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may count as a session held.
What this is, and isn't. Breathwork is a practice for nervous-system regulation, self-awareness, and wellbeing. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for either. If you're managing a serious mental or physical health condition, please keep your medical team in the loop and tell me before we start so we can adapt.
Your responsibility. You're in charge of your own practice. If anything feels unsafe, physically or emotionally, slow down, stop, or come back to normal breathing. We can always talk it through.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, ask. I'd rather you understand exactly what you're stepping into.
