Sessions
Come and breathe. Remember who you are.
Conscious connected breathwork, one to one and in small groups. A continuous, circular breath held in a space of story and sound, long enough for the body to soften and something older in you to speak.
The core of my work
The Arc, six weeks, one to one, for men.

Group sessions run in Edinburgh from time to time, follow along for the next one, or get in touch if you'd like to host one.
Conscious connected breathwork is a continuous, circular breath, no pause between the inhale and exhale, held over a longer session with music, guidance and space. It's not a technique you have to master. It's an invitation your body already knows how to answer.
What arrives is different for everyone. Clarity. Heat. Stillness. A weight off the chest. A steadiness you'd forgotten was yours. The breath doesn't add anything. It moves what's been waiting.
I trained as an Advanced Breathwork Practitioner under Dr Ela Manga at Breathwork Africa. My role is to hold the space, safely, unhurried, without agenda, and let the breath do what it has always known how to do.
What a session is like
1. Arrive
You join from a quiet room, headphones on, somewhere you can lie down. We meet on Google Meet. First ten minutes we land, what's alive, what you'd like to bring.
2. Intention
A short intake, sent when you book, so I can hold the space around what you're carrying. Nothing to prepare. You come as you are.
3. Breathe
Around 35–40 minutes of continuous, circular breathing, guided, with music. You stay in your body. What needs to move, moves.
4. Integrate
We land slowly. Ten quiet minutes to let what arrived settle, and a few words on how to carry it into the next few days.
What people say
"I came in carrying something I couldn't name. Halfway through the session it just lifted. I left lighter than I'd felt in months."
Sarah
1:1 session
"Joe holds the space with such quiet confidence. I felt safe enough to let go completely. It was profound."
Michael
Returning client
"I could see colours of purple, I felt like I was dreaming. I felt connected."

Most people who come are longing for something they can't quite name. More aliveness. More depth. A way back into themselves that isn't another book, another course, another explanation. The breath is the doorway. What lies through it is you.
This is for you if
- You're longing for reconnection, to your body, your spirit, your own aliveness.
- You want a real experience of breathwork, not another explanation of it.
- You're ready to feel what arrives, whatever it is.
- You sense there's more of you underneath the last few years, and you want to meet it.
It isn't for you if
- You're in acute crisis, this belongs alongside clinical care, not instead of it.
- You want to stay in the head. This work happens in the body.
- You have a condition where sustained conscious breathing isn't safe (see the intake, we'll talk it through).
- You're looking for a quick technique to solve one symptom.
The practical stuff
Intake & safety
After booking you'll receive a short intake form covering health, experience, and what you're bringing. This shapes the practice and keeps it safe. Breathwork is not therapy or medical treatment, if you're managing a serious condition, please keep your medical team in the loop.
Rescheduling & cancellations
Once your booking is confirmed, the time is held for you. Sessions can be rescheduled with notice; late cancellations under 24 hours may count as a session held. Read the full terms.
The breath is waiting. You already know how.
